As for the support staff, I feel there are none. When I noticed that I was no longer getting photos in my old Glo app and asked for assistance from tech support, I received a canned answer that did not make sense. They should have instead told me the old Glo App was no longer operational and to download this new app. I only found there was a new Glo app researching in the App Store.
